Looking for a venue for an"offsite" or "team building" event in the Arcachon Bay area for your team?

Close to Bordeaux, the Arcachon bay is full of activities conducive to strengthening team bonds in a relaxed and unusual setting with activities such as climbing the dune of Pilat, oyster tastings at producers' farms, boat trips on the bay or more sporting activities to do in groups such as kayaking, stand up paddle, bike rides, etc...

To combine work sessions with relaxation, discovery or team building activities for your team on the shores of the Arcachon bay, we offer 2 side-by-side houses to host you, each with its own heated swimming pool, spa for 6 people, pétanque court, private garden with plancha grill and large living spaces.

Each house has 5 bedrooms for a total of 10 and 9 beds:

For more capacity for your team, the houses can be linked by a door allowing quick passage from one to the other via a 5m outdoor passage creating a complex with 10 bedrooms, 19 beds, 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, 2 bowling greens, 2 planchas and 3 outdoor terraces.

• Spas are open all year round
• Pools are guaranteed to be at least 27°C between April 1st and November 12th and can be heated outside these periods for an extra charge upon request (to be discussed as they can take up to 5 days to heat up in the middle of winter).

For your work sessions, each house has its own fiber optic internet access via Wi-Fi and Ethernet, and offers numerous teleworking screens and 4K OLED TVs for screen sharing for meetings/presentations (see technical details below).

• 4 of the 5 bedrooms have a desk, a 27" 2k IPS matte 4ms screen, HDMI/DP inputs and an Ethernet port

Notes :

• A backup 4G Wi-Fi network in case of fiber optic failure to guarantee internet access at all times in both houses
• A maximum of 4 Ethernet ports of your choice at a time in each house

Access : 
Our two villas are located in Gujan-Mestras, near Arcachon and La Teste-de-Buch, very close to all the local shops and several supermarkets.
They are ideally situated for easy travel around the Arcachon Bay area, allowing you to access it while avoiding the traffic jams in the center of Arcachon.
The houses are near the La Hume train station (7 minutes by car) and the Gujan-Mestras train station (5 minutes by car), both served by trains and TGV high-speed trains from Bordeaux (50 minutes). The Arcachon train station which is 2 hours and 50 minutes from Paris by TGV is only 16min away.
Road access is very easy thanks to the expressway between the A64 motorway and Arcachon.
The houses are 40 minutes from Mérignac Airport by road and 45 minutes from Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station in the center of Bordeaux.

The only things that aren't possible in our houses are parties or noise outside, especially in the evening 😊

The neighborhood is very quiet and conducive to rest and relaxation, but not to noise or outdoor events 😊
